Wall St subdued at open after previous session’s jump; earnings in focus By Reuters

(Reuters) – U.S. main stock indexes opened flat to slightly lower on Thursday, as investors paused after Wall Street’s strong performance in the previous session and focused on corporate earnings, economic data and President Donald Trump’s remarks – all lined up through the day.

The fell 43.2 points, or 0.10%, at the open to 44,113.55. The fell 10.1 points, or 0.17%, at the open to 6,076.32​, while the dropped 102.4 points, or 0.51%, to 19,906.988 at the opening bell.
