According to market analyst CryptoBusy on social media X, VeChain is set to dominate enterprise in 2025, citing its strategies. Some of VeChain’s strategic initiatives include blockchain upgrades, key partnerships, and real-world asset integration.
The VeChain 2025 Strategy
The VeChain platform, created in 2015 by Sunny Lu and Jay Zhang, aims to improve supply chain management and business processes. While 2024 proved an exciting year for VeChain, the platform has confirmed strategic initiatives that will set it for enterprise dominance this year.

VeChain classified its strategy into three categories: Strategic Initiatives, Real-World Assets Integration, and Ecosystem Powerups. For Strategic Initiatives, VeChain plans to drive expansion in the VeBetterDAO ecosystem, VeChain Renaissance, UFC partnership, and enterprise partnerships.
In a recent Thinking YouTube Podcast, VeChain’s co-founder and CEO Sunny Lu described VeBetterDAO as a “super hub.” He added that the platform encourages and motivates normal people to behave positively in their daily lives.
In return, users get incentivized with the B3TR tokens for using Decentralized Applications (dApps) in VeBetterDAO. According to a CNF report, the community has complete authority over the decision-making process in a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO).
The VeChain co-founder further noted that the VeBetterDAO expansion sits in VeChain’s 2025 top priorities. They plan to launch a marketplace to allow people to engage and participate in different campaigns and games while receiving rewards. Sunny Lu also announced plans to partner with some credit card companies so users can use the B3TR token to pay for items.
Sunny Lu further pointed out that the network intends to focus on the VeChain Renaissance in 2025. Specifically, Vechain intends to upgrade the tokenomics, increase the APY and staking percentage, and improve the EVM compatibility for future adoptions.
Moving on, VeChain plans to advance ecosystem development, VeBetter RWA framework, industry-leading solutions, and collaboration between BCG decentralized networks.
What’s Next for the Protocol’s Key Partnerships
In the interview, Sunny Lu further discussed the next steps in its Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and UFC Partnership. The VeChain co-founder said the platform plans to achieve 100 applications and 20 million users before the end of 2025.
To achieve this ambitious goal, Sunny Lu said BCG’s mission will start to seal the model to onboard more enterprises. He added that the ultimate task for its partnership with BCG this year is to create a new business model connecting users and enterprises.
“So, our next mission will leverage existing partners of VeChain and try to convert them into the future of Web3 business applications. Again, the major difference is you will have the token designed in your application or into your ecosystem,” noted Sunny Lu.
Furthermore, Sunny said he plans to meet with Dana White, the CEO and President of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He said the meeting with Dana is one of the routine updates to look for new collaborations to make the world a better place. This meeting builds on VeChain and UFC’s partnership to advance the realization of sustainability in the VeBetter ecosystem, as CNF reported.
