The French subsidiary of the American group Provisur Technologies, specialist in food processing technologies and systems, will sell its Concarneau subsidiary Meca Précis et Associés. This offers manufacturing services for single or small series mechanical parts for the food industry and boating sectors, in particular: machining, milling, traditional or numerically controlled turning, grinding, sawing, wire EDM. Mandated by the shareholders, Acticam, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricoles in the West, selected the offer from the Eolaz group (175 employees and €18.9 million in turnover in 2022), also based in Concarneau. Created by Dominique Gohaud, and now managed by his son Baptiste, Eolaz is an independent family business specializing in the fields of laser and waterjet cutting, present on several sites in Brittany and Pays de la Loire.
