The automobile distributor Mary (2,000 employees), present in Hauts-de-France and Normandy with 12 brands including Renault, Peugeot, Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover (71 automobile sites), recruited 33 of its trainees in CDI, from the Mary Academy. An announcement made during integration days with the presentation of diplomas to the group’s work-study students in the three central cities of the group’s activity in Saint-Quentin in Hauts-de-France, Caen and Rouen in Normandy. “Several of the current directors and managers come from work-study programs within the group. This is also the case for 90% of the marketing team. I thank all the tutors who are the backbone of the training, and without whom the work-study students would not be as well trained and tempted to stay with us after their training”, underlines Victor Mary, marketing director.
