The 9e edition of the barometer “The French and energy renovation”, commissioned from OpinionWay by Teksial, a subsidiary of Engie specializing in energy efficiency services, shows that the inhabitants of the Grand Est have a budget higher than the national average for carry out energy renovation work. When the national average stands at €3,817, residents of the Grand Est are ready to pay €4,213. An amount which would be financed in 47% of cases by personal savings. For the general director of Teksial, Jean-Baptiste Devalland, this new edition of the barometer shows “an increased awareness” that the energy renovation of a home can be “a means of coping with external events, such as the energy crisis and its impacts on purchasing power or even the increasing heat waves.
