Subsidiary of the Lyon real estate development group DCB International (50 employees, 3 offices in France and Italy), the company DCB Logistics, which develops logistics warehouses and couriers, is launching the construction of a new distribution center in Mauguio (Hérault ), in the Montpellier Méditerranée Airport activity zone. Intended for logistics operators, it will include 2 order preparation areas (3,970 m2 each), which will allow the simultaneous processing of 66 light utility vehicles (east side) and 64 light utility vehicles (west side). The platform, with an area of 7,500 m2, will in particular ensure the logistics of packages requiring specific temperature conditions, thanks to the presence of a cold room. Deliverable in the summer of 2024, this project is part of a lease agreement in a future state of completion (BEFA) with a large national group, which will thus strengthen its presence in the area.
