The ADF group (4,000 employees, turnover: €500 million), based in Vitrolles (Bouches-du-Rhône) and specialized in industrial services, announces the appointment of Aurélie Viaux to the position of director of mergers and acquisitions . This recruitment serves the group’s strategy, which is targeting a billion euros in turnover by 2030. Aurélie Viaux, who benefits from 13 years of experience as an investor in French investment funds (Turenne Groupe and UI Investissement) will be responsible for identifying acquisition targets in Europe and the United States, carrying out operations and their integration within the group. Through these operations, ADF seeks to strengthen its historic activities (industry maintenance) but also to accelerate the diversification already undertaken through the integration of more specialized verticals.
