The home, formerly known as Holiday House, was built in 1904. It sits on the highest point in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, and features 700 feet of shoreline and views of Little Narragansett Bay, according to the real-estate site Zillow.
Swift even wrote the song “The Last Great American Dynasty” on her 2020 album “Folklore” album about the home’s former owner, Rebekah Harkness.
“I got the house when I was in my early twenties as a place for my family to congregate and be together,” Swift told Entertainment Weekly, saying that she learned about Harkness “as soon as I was being walked through [her former Rhode Island] home.”
The house now has an assessed value of $20,434,100, according to property records.
According to local media (and since verified paparazzi photographs), Swift hosted a party at the property on August 24 — her first in quite some time.
