HOUSTON (Reuters) -Exxon Mobil is laying off 59 employees, including 10 in the Permian Basin and 39 in Dallas, according to a filing with the Texas Workforce Commission.

The layoffs include workers from Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE:)’ former headquarters in Las Colinas, according to the filing.

Exxon (NYSE:), which closed the $60 billion acquisition in May, had said that the majority of Pioneer’s 2,200 employees would receive job offers. The company did not immediately comment on the reason for the job cuts.
