(Reuters) -Chipotle Mexican Grill said on Tuesday that Jack Hartung, its long time veteran, would be stepping down and retiring from his role as finance chief effective March 31 next year.
The company said that Adam Rymer would be succeeding Hartung, who has been the restaurant chain’s CFO since 2002, beginning Jan. 1.
Shares of Chipotle (NYSE:) Mexican were marginally down in after-hours trading.
